The Treasures of My Heart

How big is the Father’s heart?  I have asked that question more times than I can count. After surviving all those years of trauma, abuse, and pain, how did I end up here? Why am I not bitter or revengeful? How did I survive? The answers to those questions are all found in this book. The Treasures of My Heart will take you on a journey of my life. It’ll give you a glimpse into my Father’s heart. When I was at my lowest and begging God for help, He helped me see treasures He’d tucked into my heart⸺treasures that were meant to help me survive even the most traumatic events. Each treasure was like a little wink from my Heavenly Father. A wink that said, “I’m with you, Bambi. You’re going to make it.” Those little gifts were whispers of love from God⸺reassurance that He was always on my side.
     “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart…” Jeremiah 1:5.
My own life is a living testament to the truth of God’s word. Before I was formed, I was known. Known and loved. God has carried me through the deepest waters. The darkest tunnels were not too dark for Him.
It is my hope that my story will help you look deep into your heart, and help you find your own treasures. Your own gifts⸺your own little winks from your Heavenly Father who has known and loved you since before you were even a thought.
